The proposal comprised of the following staff village zone, restaurant, clinic spa, swimming/leisure facilities, luxury cabin/villas and landscape areas. Architectural drawings where provided for local planning approval and included the following floor plans, elevations, sections, setting out and indicative landscape layouts additional detailing required.
